UK Standard Delivery
£3.99 · 2–3 working days · Free on orders over £30. Tracked Royal Mail or DPD depending on package size. Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday.
UK Next-Day Delivery
£6.99 · Next working day before 5pm. Order before 1pm Monday to Friday. Available across mainland UK; some Highlands & Islands postcodes excluded.
International Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International orders may be available in the future — for export enquiries, email hello@boominessentials.co.uk.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If you haven't received tracking within 24 hours of order confirmation, please contact us at hello@boominessentials.co.uk.
Returns & refunds
14-day right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of your intention to return any item for a full refund — no reason required. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
How to return an item
- Email hello@boominessentials.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We'll reply within one working day with a returns address and reference number.
- Post the item back via a tracked service (recommended — the item is your responsibility until it reaches us).
- We'll process your refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free return collection and either replace the item or refund you in full — your choice.
Items we can't accept returns on
- Personal-care or hygiene items where the seal has been broken
- Food and drink items past their best-before date or with broken packaging
- Custom-ordered or personalised items
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refund timing
Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5 working days and credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add a further 2–3 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
