Ordering & delivery

How long does UK delivery take?

Standard delivery is 2–3 working days (£3.99, free over £30). Next-day delivery is available for £6.99 if you order before 1pm Monday to Friday.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. For international enquiries, email hello@boominessentials.co.uk.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Tracking emails usually arrive within 24 hours of placing your order.

What if my parcel doesn't arrive?

If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 working days of dispatch, or you're concerned the parcel is lost, email us at hello@boominessentials.co.uk with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & refunds

What's your returns policy?

You have 14 days from receipt to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. See our Delivery & Returns page for the full process.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@boominessentials.co.uk with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a free collection and either replace the item or refund you in full.

How long do refunds take?

Once we've received your return, refunds are processed within 5 working days. Bank processing can add another 2–3 days for the funds to appear in your account.

Products & stock

Are all your products genuine?

Yes. We source directly from brand owners or authorised UK distributors. We never sell grey-market or parallel-import stock, and we never knowingly sell counterfeits. Every product is genuine and covered by the original manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

An item I want is out of stock — will it come back?

Most lines restock within 1–3 weeks. Email hello@boominessentials.co.uk with the product name and we'll let you know our next expected delivery date for that line.

For brands & suppliers

Are you a wholesaler?

No — we're a UK retailer. We sell direct to UK consumers across multiple channels. Brand owners and authorised distributors can apply to supply us via the Brand Partnerships section of our homepage.

How does a brand apply to supply you?

Email hello@boominessentials.co.uk with your brand profile, product range, wholesale price list, MOQ, and proposed trade terms. We respond to every application within five working days.

Account & payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (where eligible). All transactions are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We never store your card details.

How do I contact customer service?
